Michael Bublé and Sam Hollyman
I like the Bublé. I am a fan of the Bublé. This video has been around for some time (2010 I believe) and is one of my favorite clips to watch. I love Michael’s reaction when Sam starts singing. This video makes me laugh every time I watch it. I love it.
Side note: The kids name is Sam Hollyman. He is from England and really is a talented young artist. Check out his YouTube channel.
(Oddly this video is NSFW because of some language. Including my favorite quote from MB “HOLY SH*TBALLS MOM!”)

Olivia Munn and Paul Schneider in ‘The Babymakers’
I have been on a movie watching tear as of late. I have been watching a ton of movies because I find myself with a ton of time on my hands. So for this installment of RMD I am grouping together a bunch of the comedies I have consumed. There were a few laughs and a few surprises.

The Expendables 2
I continue on my journey to catch up on all the movies I have missed of the last year or so. With this one I was in the mood for some action so I sought out some pulse pounding flicks to keep me company. Several hits and a couple misses but overall a good day.

This video is so well done. They took the sword fight between Eddard Stark and Jamie Lannister from the first season of ‘Game of Thrones’, gave them lightsabers and cut it all to the John Williams score. Yeah… I know; awesome. It is nearly flawless. Love this with me will you?

Random Stack of DVDs
Throughout my life I have partaken… partook… partaked… indulged in movie marathons. Sometimes there is a theme to them but mostly they are just a random grouping of movies that I have wanted to see or whatever looked good on the video store shelf. I have been long overdue for one of these days.
Over the last half of the last year, if you haven’t noticed, I have been slacking on the updates. My real life has gotten in the way of my passion. The good thing about this is what now my real life has allowed me to get. Because I have been working so much I have accumulated bonus monies, so I got to treat myself to a few new toys. Because I have no actual life to speak of (i.e. going out, having a social life etc…) I decided to update my home theater system. I bought a whole new 7.1 THX certified surround system, Blu-Ray player and the piece de resistance a new 60” flat panel TV.
I. Love. It!
A good friend, who installs such things for a living, came over to hook everything up and make it work. After a couple days of playing with all the settings on the receiver and TV I have everything set for optimum awesomeness. Now having extra time on my hands I figured I was primed to have a random movie day. Here is what I watched:

BBC America has a fun initiative to introduce a new generation to the wonderful sci fi series Doctor Who. In this initiative they ask the fans of the show to tweet about their first experience with The Doctor and some of their favorite moments. They are to then tag said tweets with #newtoWho. All this is a lead up to the next season of the show that starts this week. Since I am a big fan of the series and I have this forum to spew out my opinions about things, I figured I would throw my fez into the ring. So what follows is my first account of watching the show and a smattering of some of my favorite moments. This is my story. (more…)
