Written and directed by Julie Delphy, who also stars alongside Chris Rock in this ‘Woody Allenesque’ comedy. Set in NYC a couple has a very comfortable life together living, working and raising their children, from previous relationships, together. All that is thrown into chaos when her parents decided to visit from France… oh yeah, they also brought along her Ex.

I am really glad to see Chris Rock in this type of film. I have always been a fan of his and I love when actors break convention and play against type. Granted it is still a comedy but it is a different brand. I still want to see him totally flip the script and give us a solid dramatic role. He has the chops and with the right project it would be something to behold.
