I thought this was a fitting one to drop on Halloween. Here is the official description:

200 years after his shocking creation, Dr. Frankenstein’s creature, Adam, still walks the earth. But when he finds himself in the middle of a war over the fate of humanity, Adam discovers he holds the key that could destroy humankind.

Let the floodgates open for an onslaught of Frankenstein movies. I guess floodgates and onslaught is a bit much. There is this one and ‘Frankenstein’ starring Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy slated for 2015. I’m sure there will be more; this is Hollywood we are talking about.

Regardless of how many are on their way, this one looks pretty darn good. It’s based on the graphic novel of the same name by Kevin Grevioux from Darkstorm Studios. So there is a lot of plot and story to pull from. The Demon Horde battling the Gargoyle Order in defense of Earth and humanity. The Demons trying to find the key to immortal life and believing they have found it in Adam the creation of Dr. Frankenstein.

Let’s talk about Adam for a second. He is being played by the immensely talented Aaron Eckhart, who apparently studied at the Hugh Jackman School for getting ripped and kicking very much ass in movies. Serious badassery is going on. Take a look for yourselves:

See what I mean? I am pretty jazzed for this one to come out. Look for this in the US at the end of January.
